Single Visit Crowns

CEREC is a revolutionary technology that allows us to design, create, and place a custom, tooth colored all-ceramic crown in just one appointment, eliminating the need for a second visit.

Single Visit Crowns and Bridges

Using our on-site laboratory and cutting-edge CEREC CAD/CAM technology, we can create and produce your personalized, tooth colored (porcelain) restorations in one, 90-minute visit, delivering lasting and beautiful results. Although bridges take a little longer to make in house than a single crown, we are still able to offer same-day treatment and such a precise fit that the final restoration rarely needs any adjustments. The best part is that there are no goopy impressions or temporaries involved for crowns or bridges!

What are single-visit crowns?

Traditionally, getting a dental crown required two appointments. However, with modern technology, we can now design, create, and place a custom-made crown in a single visit. These crowns restore the shape, size, strength, and appearance of damaged teeth.

How are single-visit crowns made?

The process uses advanced CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology. First, we take a digital scan of your tooth, creating a precise 3D model. This model is used to design your crown, which is then milled from a durable ceramic block right here in our office.

Are single-visit crowns as strong as traditional crowns?

Yes. Single-visit crowns are crafted from high-quality ceramic materials that are comparable to those used for traditional crowns. They are designed to withstand daily wear and tear, ensuring your restored tooth remains healthy and functional for a long time.

What are the benefits of choosing a single-visit crown?

The convenience of single-visit crowns offers several advantages, including:

Time-Saving: The entire process is completed in just one appointment, saving you time away from your busy schedule.

No Temporaries: You avoid the discomfort and inconvenience of wearing a temporary crown.

Precision: Digital scans provide a highly accurate fit for your new crown.

Comfort: The streamlined process is more comfortable from start to finish.
